The poster shows each EF skill as a superpower, with visuals, short definitions, and room for students to:

📝 Add their own “secret skills”
🏅 Celebrate how far they’ve come
It’s great for:

✅ Parent communication
✅ Transition portfolios
✅ Strength-based goal setting
📝 On Friday, students reflect on their top 2–3 tools — and how they’ll keep using them next term or at home.
