Amber has a strong affinity with animals which is obvious during her interactions with her certified Assistance Dog Pizzazz. Amber is keen to use the power of animals to help the lives of other young people and see the changes taking place. She finds working with animals and young people a fun combination.

Meet Ethan Berris!
Allied Health Assistant
Ethan has a background in leading and coaching, including as a qualified gymnastics coach. His first job was teaching people with special needs to dance. Through dance he developed a love for seeing young people improve their quality of life through opportunity, movement and community. He has also performed support work and youth work with a variety of neurotypical and neurodiverse young people. Ethan has dedicated much of his spare time to volunteer work. Ethan values being a team player, who seeks to encourage people to go beyond what they thought was possible within themselves.

Ethan is an avid drummer, rapper, and dancer, who loves all things hip hop and funk, and also drinking loads of coffee.
Ethan has represented Australia 5 times in various international dance competitions.
On the weekends, Ethan trains with his crew for upcoming competitions, attending church, and having movie nights.

Paul has a diverse background in business management, training and safety. He has spent a lot of his working career in the bush which has developed his knowledge of outdoor survival skills and teamwork. He seeks to apply his practical life experience to therapy sessions to help participants to grow in a fun, meaningful and adventurous context.

Ella is a final year Physiotherapy student with a passion for movement. Ella aims to guide each person reach their full potential through creating environments for individuals to expand on their own unique set of strengths and skills. She also engages each individual to understand why and how broader skills are relevant.

An absolute lover of all things that gets the body moving! All throughout the week you’ll find Ella instructing Pilates classes as well as watching or playing some of her favourite sports (AFL and Hockey of course!)

Dani is passionate about delivering family-centred care and developing goals collaboratively with children and their families. She will work with you to assist your child to reach their unique potential and participate with their peers. Dani is a strong believer and promoter of inclusion in sport and believes that sport can be a powerful tool for social, emotional and physical development.

Occupational Therapist/Managing Director
Leanne is an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) with a passion to help young people be their best selves and live their best lives. She has a rare skill set in that she is highly experienced in occupational/vocational rehabilitation, paediatrics, telehealth and in-clinic services. She also works as a Practical Demonstrator at Bond University, teaching the Masters of OT students the ‘work’ (injury prevention/occupational rehabilitation) subject. She enjoys delivering both manualised evidence-based programs, as well as designing programs based on the evidence that cater to young people’s interests and needs.
