Explore Our Therapy Groups – Connect, Move and Grow.
Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy designed support that works across home, school, work and community.
What is
Occupational Therapy?
Occupational Therapists support individuals to build the skills they need for a fulfilling everyday life. They focus on enhancing social connections, emotional well-being, motor skills, sensory experiences, and daily routines like playing, learning, and working.
What is
Physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy focuses on building strength, coordination, balance and endurance so people can move more confidently and participate fully in everyday life.
Therapy Groups – Services by Life Stage
Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy are delivered through small groups. Groups are organised by age and life stage. Support adapts as individual needs change.
Kids and Teens
Groups that build confidence, co-regulation, coordination, play and shared interests.
Adults and Families
Supportive group spaces to reduce overwhelm and strengthen functioning.
School and Community
Programs that bring therapy into everyday environments where skills are used.
Succeed offers two styles of therapy groups:
Active clubs focused on
movement, creativity, and interests
Skill groups with targeted teaching of
practical social, emotional, and life skills
How Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Work Together
Therapy groups designed by therapists are delivered by trained Allied Health Assistants, with therapist oversight and progression built in.
Most groups integrate Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy to support co-regulation, social connection, and everyday functioning alongside physical skills such as endurance, coordination and fine motor control.
Sessions evolve week to week. New concepts are introduced each time so skills continue to develop.
